Why am I unable to checkout?

We only for US, if you're unable to checkout, you may instead purchase the Odinlake directly from our distributor or authorized resellers.

Can I get an upholstery or desktop sample?

Our showroom’s sample request program is temporarily on hold as a precautionary measure against COVID-19. In the meantime, we’re happy to answer product related questions and provide more detailed product images. We also have a free, flexible, 30-day return policy. If you’d like to order the product sooner rather than later, you’re welcome to place your order at your own convenience. If something doesn’t work out, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

How do I use promotional codes?

You can find codes on the homepage if we hold a marketing event. Please enter a valid discount code in the order summary section while you check out.

How do I make changes to an existing order?

Changes to an existing order can be made as long as the order is still in “processing” status. Please contact our team via email and we’ll make sure to apply the needed changes. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot apply any changes to it.

What shipping options do you have?

For USA domestic orders, we offer FedEx and UPS standard shipping For Free.

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, we currently do not provide an international shipping service.

How long will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day after placing the order. You will generally receive the "order shipped" email automatically sent by the system within 3-6 days after placing the order. If you do not receive it by then, you can contact the support team and we will manually fill in the tracking number for you. Where do you ship my order from?

Our warehouses are located in CA and NC, so We will ship your item from the warehouse closest to you according to your address. If your place is very close to CA and NC, you are able to receive the order within 5 days.

If my package has been damaged or defected, what should I do?

As soon as you receive a dented box or open a package only to discover broken merchandise. Take pictures to document the condition of the delivery when it arrived.

What does the 2-year warranty cover?

This 2-year Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, odinlake will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
